Complete the following:

5000m Row
10 Push-up
15 Sit-Up
Rest

Athletes rotate through stations as necessary to complete row as fast as possible. There are 3 stations & 4 athletes. One athlete will rest as 3 work etc. Rotate push up & sit up until rower completed the 300m or the 500m.

Note: Keep track of reps. Add your rep count at the end. Your team will have 2 scores – Time row completed and number of total reps completed.
