Fundamentals Program

During the Fundamentals Program you will become familiar with most of the important

  • body weightCrossFit CVI
  • gymnastic
  • olympic lifts
  • other bar lifts movements

Most of what you will learn are fundamental movements we do at CrossFit CVI. There are various other exercises you will become familiar with during regular CrossFit Sessions. Moves that will be taught through the Fundamentals Program will include, but not limited to:

  • Air squat, front squat, Overhead squat
  • Shoulder press, Push press, Push jerk, Split Jerk
  • Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift High Pull
  • Thruster
  • Hang power clean, Hang power snatch
  • Kettlebell swing
  • Pull-ups, push-ups
  • box jumps
  • rowing
  • wall-ball
  • jump rope drills.

OPTIONS Cost: $160 for the complete program (3 – 1.5hr Sessions, and includes month 1)

Fundamental Class Schedule:

We have reserved Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 530PM to 7PM for the Fundamentals Program.

You will be greeted and coached by one of our highly educated coaches through the 3 days.

We understand busy schedules.

If you can’t complete the Fundamentals Program through our scheduled class time, we have another option.

Schedule a Private / Semi-Private Training Sessions with our personal training coaches.

Appointment required. The cost will be $50 in addition to the Fundamental Rate.
